You authorize us to act on your behalf regarding credit disputes

3. No Guarantee of Results

Credit scores are influenced by multiple factors including payment history, credit utilization, and lender reporting practices.

Empower Credit does not guarantee:

Removal of all negative items
A specific credit score increase
Approval for loans, credit cards, or mortgages

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide complete and accurate information
Respond promptly to requests for documentation
Maintain active communication
Continue making payments on existing accounts

Failure to comply may delay or affect service results.

5. Fees and Payments

Fees for services will be disclosed in your signed service agreement.

Payment terms will be clearly outlined prior to service initiation.
No services will be performed until required agreements are signed.
Refund policies, if applicable, will be detailed in your client agreement.

We comply with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), which prohibits charging upfront fees before services are performed.

6. Electronic Communications

By using our website or services, you consent to receive communications electronically, including emails, text messages, and account updates.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

7. Privacy
